Fill your Formstack forms

After creating a form in your Formstack interface, you can make this same form available in a Virtual Assistant (Chatbot) so every employee in your organization can have access to it. The Virtual Assistant will automatically read the form's fields and render them conversationally in a simple discussion. If a user starts filling in a form but doesn't have time to finish it, no worries, all data will be saved (stop & save feature) so that they can resume later.

Generate documents

Generate Documents on the fly straight from your Virtual Assistant, anytime! The virtual assistant will collect the required field to create your PDF, and can even let you sign it in the flow of the conversation!

Does Clevy integrate with other applications and systems?

Yes, Clevy can integrate with other applications in different ways. Native Apps can be found on our Marketplace. They are native integrations to various software to let your employees access those software directly on the Employee Portal or via the Virtual Assistant. You can also use RPA integration like Zapier to integrate your forms with any 3rd party software you are using internally.

Can I create my own Apps?

Yes, Clevy native Apps are created with an open-source technology called CSML (conversational standard meta language). Anyone can create their own apps using that technology and deploy them in their Portal or Virtual Assistant. If you don't have developers internally, you can contact one of our partners to help out.

How can I request an App that is not in the marketplace?

If you want to use an integration that is not in the marketplace, please click on the "suggest a feature" in the Clevy OnDemand back-office, our team will review it shortly.

How many integrations are available in the Marketplace?

More than 20 integrations are already available in our marketplace and growing month after month. If you want to contribute with your apps or suggest an application that is not there, go into your Clevy OnDemand Back office, "suggest a feature", that will help our development team prioritize integrations.
