One of our first pro-bono projects was conducted with ADA Tech School, an alternative Coding School, modernist and feminist. We organized +15 training sessions, courses, and webinars to teach their students code and help them discover everything there is to know about Automation and Conversational Technologies
We also had a great experience helping Start-Up for Kids, an NGO that organizes free events for young people aged 5 to 20 to explore a world of innovation and imagine the best of futures. We organized workshops and training sessions on developing conversational AI using CSML. The goal was also to help them imagine products around Conversational Technologies.
Clevy has always had a strong Open-Source mindset, and giving to the community has always been a priority for us. When in 2018, we realized that the market was lacking a technology to create next-generation Conversational Software ( highly contextual, action-based, and can interact with any software), we decided to create CSML (Conversational Standard Meta Language) and open source it. When Covid19 struck, we asked ourselves how Clevy could help. We decided to create CovidBot, partnering with the Pasteur Research Institute to create an Opensource Conversational AI answering the population question and letting them self-diagnose through a form linked to the Institut's algorithms. NGOs are often short on resources, and it is a huge challenge for them to communicate and support the people and volunteers working in the field.
