They are native integrations to various software to let your employees access those software directly on the Employee Portal or via the Virtual Assistant. You can also use RPA integration like Zapier to integrate your forms with any 3rd party software you are using internally.
Yes, Clevy native Apps are created with an open-source technology called CSML (conversational standard meta language). Anyone can create their own apps using that technology and deploy them in their Portal or Virtual Assistant. If you don't have developers internally, you can contact one of our partners to help out.
